Ashley is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine and licensed by the state of Colorado. She graduated with a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. Her interests include neuroscience, sports medicine, fertility, sleep, traumatic brain injury, skincare, longevity, and optimal human functioning.
She continues her study of Japanese-style acupuncture with Jeffrey Dann & crew of Aloha Wellness in Boulder, CO. She has also completed specialty trainings in Japan for meridian therapy and facial rejuvenation. Ashley combines acupuncture, osteopathic listening techniques, shiatsu, moxibustion, and herbal medicine.
She studies Ayurveda with Dr. Bharat Vaidya of Ayurved Sadhana.
Ashley played college basketball, and after a series of head injuries -- and a long, windy path -- she is grateful to have found the Medicine.

Heather received her certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner through Alandi Ashram and Gurukula in Boulder, Colorado. She received her Advanced Doctor of Ayurveda certificate from Ayurved Sadhana with Dr. Bharat Vaidya, whose family lineage spans multiple generations of Ayurvedic doctors. She also studied Ayurvedic body therapies at the California College of Ayurveda.
